Ursinus College Among Nation’s Top to Make New Graduates Rich
Ursinus College is among the top schools in the nation that do the best job at improving the financial futures of their graduates, writes Kevin McAllister for The Wall Street Journal.
To determine the top colleges to get an opportunity to earn the best salaries in the country, The Wall Street Journal and research partner Statista looked at the income data of students ten or eleven years after they enter college. This earnings data was combined with the extent to which those future earnings outpaced the average expected salaries. The affordability of the schools as well as the return on investment were also used included in the criteria.
Ursinus College in Collegeville also made the list at No. 188 in the country with a score of 70.5.
Meanwhile, the school that secures the best salaries for its graduates nationwide is Massachusetts Institute of Technology. MIT scored and impressive 99.3 on the list.
