Frontage Laboratories Expands to 200,000 SF of Life Science Space at Hankin Group’s Eagleview in Exton

Frontage Laboratories now occupies an additional 46,300 SF at Hankin Group’s Eagleview, bringing its total footprint to over 200,000 SF.

Frontage Laboratories, a full-spectrum Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO), now occupies an additional 46,300 square feet of life sciences space at Hankin Group’s Eagleview (240 Sierra Drive) in Exton. The organization will use the new space at Eagleview for its CMC-Product Development and Manufacturing service line.  

Frontage Labs joins Fruh Packaging to bring occupancy of the brand new 113,000 square-foot GMP life sciences building to 100 percent. The two companies bring hundreds of jobs to Chester County and represent the continued growth of the life sciences industry in the Greater Philadelphia region.  

Frontage Labs, a pharmaceutical development company headquartered in Exton, already occupies over 150,000 square feet of life science space in Eagleview, bringing the company’s total footprint in Exton to more than 200,000 square feet. It is estimated that Frontage Lab’s CMC Expansion Project will open 100 new employment opportunities in the Exton area. 

Fruh Packaging, a Swiss pharmaceutical packaging company, occupied 240 Sierra Drive in February 2024 after an extensive search, ultimately selecting Eagleview as the company’s first American headquarters.
