Exton’s Brickside Grille To Host Five-Course Beer Dinner Sept. 19
Exton’s Brickside Grille is kicking off the fall season with a five-course Beer Dinner on Sept. 19 at 6:00 PM.
The restaurant, located at Hankin Group’s Eagleview Town Center (540 Wellington Square), will feature brews from Root Down Brewing Co. and East Branch Brewing Company, and the cost of the dinner is $75 (tax and gratuity not included). Reservations can be made online. Diners of the Beer Dinner will enjoy a specially curated menu designed to complement each beer.
The menu for the Beer Dinner will include the following beers paired with an accompanying food course:
- East Branch Reiner Pils: Chopped clam, cream cheese, fennel, leeks, tomato, tasso ham, crostini; ricotta lemon, ginger, drunken apricot, thyme; toasted French bread.
- Root Down Spirit Animal: Shrimp and Peruvian Bay scallop ceviche, serrano, tajin tortilla.
- Collaboration Altbier: Miso black cod, sweet potato, broccolini, egg yolk sauce.
- East Branch Love Grows Rosemary Gose: Lamb shoulder ragout, mascarpone herb polenta, roasted thumbelina carrots, cipollini onion.
- Root Down Oktoberfest: Apple raisin galette.
