In late May, 36 team members of DunlapSLK, a CPA and business advisory firm based in Chalfont, joined other local volunteers in packing meals at the Feed My Starving Children (FMSC) MobilePack event held at Delaware Valley University.

FMSC is a Minnesota-based nonprofit with a mission to feed hungry children wherever the need is most immediate. FMSC distributes pre-packaged, nutritionally balanced meals in nearly 70 countries. The organization works with food distribution partners that stay with communities for the long haul, empowering them to move from relief to development.

FMSC meals are developed by food science and nutrition professionals to supplement nutritional needs and reduce problems with malnutrition.

Each year, the local MobilePack event, coordinated by Kevin McPoyle, President of Warrington-based KMRD Partners, organizes volunteers from across the region to pack meals into bags, which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets, and shipped to partners working to reach the neediest children around the world.
