Having led an extraordinary life for almost a century, Braman has secured quite the reputation in the numerous industries that he has dipped his toes into. Here are some fun facts and life achievements about the self-made billionaire.

While born in West Chester in 1932, he grew up in Philadelphia and started his first business at the age of 16. He was also a water boy for the Eagles when their training camp was in Hershey.

As many know him as a former Eagles owner, which lasted from 1985-1994, he also is an enjoyer and collector of the arts. He owns an expansive collection that includes artists like Pablo Picasso and Andy Warhol.

His main dig in his lifelong career is the automotive industry. He made an empire for himself that started in Florida by mentoring a car dealer, which later led to the purchase of the former Nolan Brown Cadillac in 1975. Braman added a few dealerships to his portfolio in Florida and Colorado and now he serves as owner of Braman Motorcars for the numerous lots that sell Bentley, BMW, Bugatti, Cadillac, Honda, Porsche, and Rolls-Royce.

He has also received recognition for philanthropy and was named to the Automotive Hall of Fame and the Philadelphia Sports Hall of Fame.
