The Greystone Auxiliary presents a Wine & Dine event with Super Bowl Champion and NFL Hall of Famer Coach Dick Vermeil.

The Greystone Auxiliary to Chester County Hospital welcomes you to attend a Wine & Dine event with Super Bowl Winner and NFL Hall of Famer Coach Dick Vermeil.

The event will take place on Saturday, Mar. 23, from 6-10 PM at the Radley Run Country Club (1100 Country Club Road, West Chester)

Proceeds from the Wine & Dine event will benefit The Women’s Auxiliary’s $2 million “Breast Health for Life” pledge toward Chester County Hospital’s vision to bring together the most state-of-the-art services in diagnostics, treatment, and academic advancements in breast health. Any support will make a meaningful impact in promoting breast health initiatives for patients in Chester County.  

Vermeil will be featuring his wines from the Napa Valley in California. He began his foray into winemaking in 1999, and today, Vermeil Wines offers 11 different wines made with the same attention and care that he put into the first bottling almost 20 years ago. 

Other aspects of the evening will include:

· A silent auction

· Music by DJ Nick Vecchio

· Remarks by Michael Duncan, President and CEO of Chester County Hospital on the Breast Health Center at the Abramson Cancer Center

There will also be a big raffle: A beautiful diamond necklace from Kaplan’s Fine Jewelry could be yours!

Menu items will include:

· Radley Run signature cheese display (cash-only bar)

· Seared diver scallops over polenta with frisée and yellow tomatoes paired with Vermeil sauvignon blanc or chardonnay

· Filet mignon or confetti salmon served with potatoes au gratin and fresh asparagus paired with 2021 XXXIV red wine (named for Vermeil’s Super Bowl win).

· Chocolate mousse paired with 2021 Jean Louis Vermeil cabernet (named for Vermeil’s grandfather).
