Lamb McErlane Chairman Joel Frank Appointed to Serve on PA Supreme Court’s Investment Advisory Board

Lamb McErlane Chairman and Managing Partner Joel L. Frank has been appointed to serve on the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s Investment Advisory Board. The term began on Jan. 1, 2024.  

The Investment Advisory Board coordinates the investment policy for four, non-tax supported, court-related boards: the Disciplinary Board, the Continuing Legal Education Board, the Pennsylvania Lawyers Fund for Client Security and the Board of Law Examiners. The panel consists of nine appointed members.  

At Lamb McErlane, Frank concentrates his practice in commercial and civil litigation, attorney and judicial discipline and ethical matters, as well as election law. 

Frank is actively involved in the community, serving on several boards of directors including the National Board of Directors for Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation, the Board of Directors and Executive Board of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia (Philadelphia Zoo), and the Holding Company Board of Directors of Mid Penn Bank. He is also a Commissioner on the Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission and on the Advisory Board for the Satell Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to corporate social responsibility.
