Joey Graziadei's season on The Bachelor will start at the end of January.

The mega-popular reality show, The Bachelor, has found its new lead for the 28th season in Joey Graziadei, a West Chester University graduate and the finalist of season 20 of The Bachelorette, writes Shelby Stivale for US Magazine.

Graziadei became a fan favorite during his run on The Bachelorette but he had his heart broken during the finale when Charity Lawson accepted a proposal from Dotun Olubeko.

Now, he will get another chance to find love in front of millions of people, only this time, women will be vying for his heart.

“[It’s] definitely surreal,” said Graziadei after being chosen as the franchise’s next leading man. “It is sinking in very slowly, but I am trying my best just to stay present, enjoy it. But it’s crazy. I’ll be the first person to say. I never expected this at all.”

He has since shared what he is looking for in a romantic partner and what he will focus on once the show starts filming.

“I am looking for my person,” he said. “I know for me, especially as I’ve gotten older, there isn’t a type. It’s more about a personality and a type of person.”

The first episode will air on Jan. 22 at 8 PM on ABC.
