Levittown’s Harry S. Truman High School has a future Netflix game show star in its faculty, write Damon C. Williams and Gabe Hauari for the Bucks County Courier Times.

Drama director Tracey Gatte is one of the 456 competitors in Netflix’s Squid Game: The Challenge, a spin-off series of the original Korean hit Squid Game which came out in 2021.

All players compete to win $4.56 million through a series of games inspired by the original show, but fortunately, they don’t meet a fateful demise.

Gatte flew to London to film the show but had to keep her participation in the show under wraps.

Her theatre class shot and edited her audition and got a call from Netflix within days.

The first batch of episodes are available for streaming, the second batch will come out tomorrow and the finale will air on Dec. 6.
