Chester County is home to two of the 25 best places to live in America in 2023, which includes taking the No. 1 spot, according to a new ranking by Niche.

Taking the No. 1 spot is Chesterbrook. It received an “A+” for the overall Niche grade and an A+ for education. Additionally, it received an A for housing and an A+ for being good for families.

Chesterbrook has a population of around 5,457 residents. Current residents report that is a great place to live due to the suburban feel, and the numerous restaurants, shops, and parks.

Coming in at No. 9 is Devon. It received an A+ for overall Niche grade and an A+ for education. It also received an A for housing and an A+ for being a good place for families to live.

It has a population of around 1,981 residents. Current residents reports that the neighborhoods are friendly and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. Additionally, many young professionals live in Devon and most people own their houses there.
