Unionville takes the lead, but can’t maintain it in falling to Great Valley

By

Great Valley rallied from behind to knock off Unionville for a 29-17 verdict during this Pennsylvania football game on Oct. 13.

Unionville started on steady ground by forging a 6-3 lead over Great Valley at the end of the first quarter.

The Patriots’ offense jumped in front for a 17-12 lead over the Longhorns at the intermission.

Each offense authored its Rip Van Winkle imitation, napping through a barren third quarter.

The Patriots held on with a 12-5 scoring edge in the fourth quarter.

Recently on Sept. 29, Great Valley squared off with Bishop Shanahan in a football game.
