Aqua Pennsylvania, an Essential Utilities company, supports customers with limited income through its Customer Assistance Program (CAP).

CAP is a year-round discount program designed to make water and wastewater bills more affordable.  In addition to discounts on monthly water and wastewater bills, customers who make timely monthly payments will receive a $25 credit toward balances they owe before joining the program.    

 “At Aqua, we believe everyone deserves access to clean, safe, reliable water and wastewater services, but we recognize we all need a hand sometimes,” said Essential Utilities Director of Community Assistance Programs Rita Black. “We’re proud to roll out this new customer assistance program to ensure service remains affordable for our customers.”
