Mid Penn Bank Gets Approval to Open Carlisle Financial Center

Mid Penn Bank is launching a sports and entertainment division of its private bank, led by industry experts.

Mid Penn Bank got the green light to open a new full-service retail financial center in Carlisle, Cumberland County.

The new office, at 1196 Walnut Bottom Road, is the Bank’s first full-service financial center in Carlisle, and the fourth In Cumberland County. The Bank anticipates opening the office in September 2023, following renovations.  

“We are delighted to be expanding into Carlisle by adding a full-service retail location on Walnut Bottom Road. We have been providing best-in-class service to residents and businesses in Carlisle for years, and we are excited to provide a more convenient location for them,” Chief Retail Officer Joan Dickinson said.

“We are also eager to introduce Mid Penn’s brand of banking and community support to the other organizations, residents, and businesses throughout the area.”

Vice President Taryn Walters will oversee day-to-day operations. Customers will be able to conduct traditional banking and account servicing, and have access to a comprehensive offering of trust, wealth management, and insurance solutions.
