Exton and West Chester will see some creative changes to the menu at their local Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant.

Exton and West Chester beer fanatics will see some creative changes at their local Iron Hill Brewery and Restaurant, and soon will be able to take a trip up to the chain’s first Lehigh Valley location, writes Emma Dooling for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The new location at the Lehigh Valley Mall will be in March or April of 2024. It will take the place of the former Bravo! Cucina Italiana restaurant at the Lehigh Lifestyle Center.

The brewery is also eyeing suburban locations, specifically within Baltimore, Northern Virginia, and North Carolina to connect its presence between the Mid-Atlantic and the South.

It is shifting its expansion model from the TapHouse model to more full-service brick-and-mortar locations.

The chain recently partnered with Giant Food Stores to create its new American Juicy IPA and a variety pack of its IPAs.

At all locations in Pennsylvania, including Chester County, Iron Hill has updated its menus to pair the beers with certain food items. It also features 30 new items such as the fried Rhode Island calamari, that all incorporate the chain’s beers.

Read more about the updates to Iron Hill Brewery’s expansion plan in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
