Jenkintown Architect Helped to Build the Avalon ‘Guard House’ on Market for $11.9 Million
Rosa Randa of Asher Slaunwhite and Partners Architects in Jenkintown helped bring the vision of a Palm Springs-inspired Avalon home to life, writes Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The owner of the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home Judy Betlyon of Social House Design wanted an open-concept home and worked with Randa and D.L. Miner Construction on the buildout of her vision.
The property, which draws inspiration from famous architect Joseph Eichler, is at 5 West 32nd Avenue in Avalon. The list price is $11.9 million.
Dubbed the “Guard House,” the home has garnered a lot attention during construction. Read more about the property in the Philadelphia Business Journal.
