Basic accounting skills are required for this position, which involves financial record keeping for different businesses. Bookkeepers track purchases, invoices, sales, and other transactions. 

Paralegal

This position sometimes requires a certification or degree in paralegal studies, although it may not always be necessary. Paralegals are responsible for helping lawyers in researching legal cases, recordkeeping, organizing documents, and drafting correspondence for trials.  

Transcriptionist  

Average annual salary: $41,453  

Fast-typing and good listening skills are required for this gig, which requires typing up the words spoken on audio recordings. Some transcriptions required a specialized knowledge in a particular industry.
