North Main Street, New Hope 

For this project, the clients wanted to extend outdoor living to the water’s edge, connecting their exquisitely restored historic home, outdoor entertainment pavilion and lawn to the dock.  

To minimize disturbance of the fragile riverbank while creating a structure sufficiently robust to endure the occasional flood, the OMNIA Group’s design adopts an essential tenet of modernism whereby there is no excess. By exposing the deck’s rigid structure featuring a singular colorful accent and then carefully opening boundaries with transparent railings, it allows the deck to complement its natural landscape without distracting from the breathtaking river views. 

Old York Road, New Hope 

The primary objective of this design was to preserve the historic character of the existing residence while creating new opportunities for the property. 

Extensive research and meticulous planning ensured that every aspect of the addition would harmonize with the original design, while seamlessly blending the old with the new. A tasteful expansion was properly integrated, adding modern amenities & functional spaces without compromising the original aesthetics. This renovation and addition breathed new life into a cherished piece of local vernacular. It stands as a testament to the beauty of preservation and adaptation, inspiring future generations to honor their history while embracing modern living. 

Lambert Lane, Lambertville, NJ 

Step into a custom single family contemporary residence, where sleek design meets nature’s embrace. Nestled at the edge of the historic canal, and oriented to capture painterly views of the bridge to New Hope, this home reflects an especially tailored approach to home design.

Perched on the banks of the Delaware river, the modern-industrial multifamily flats embody a harmonious fusion of modern architectural elements and timeless industrial aesthetic. With a perfect mix of natural tone brick, neutral wood, metal siding and roofing, the flats boast a striking aesthetic that makes a bold statement while knitting the village’s past and present. 

The natural bricks convey warmth and character, while the metal siding adds a touch of modernity and resilience. Within this stylish setting, flashes of red accents punctuate the design, providing vibrant pops of color that enliven the façade. These intentional splashes of red create a dynamic contrast against the neutral backdrop, infusing the flats with energy and a sense of individuality.
