Chester County Food Bank CEO Honored as Female Business Leader of the Year
The Chester County Food Bank has announced that CEO, Andrea Youndt, will be honored as the Female Business Leader of the Year by the Chester County Chamber of Business and Industry.
The Women Influencing Business Awards will also recognize Alaina Kearney of Barsz, Gowie, Amon & Fultz as Rising Star of the Year.
The awards honor the accomplishments of female executives who have made a positive impact in their business and the region, been a champion for women in business, and worked to make their community a better place. Youndt and Kearney will be honored at CCCBI’s Women Influencing Business Dinner to be held Sept. 13, 2023, at White Manor County Club.
The event will also include a special recognition of Commissioner Michelle Kichline.
Youndt’s professional journey is a testament to her unwavering commitment and drive for excellence. Before assuming her role as the CEO of the Chester County Food Bank in 2021, she spent over two decades serving the community with the YMCA. Her tenure with the YMCA highlights her exceptional leadership abilities, strategic vision, and dedication to fostering positive change. Throughout her 36-year career, Youndt has consistently demonstrated a deep understanding of organizational dynamics and a remarkable ability to navigate complex challenges with grace and poise.
