MacElree Harvey Adds Five Attorneys to Firm in 2023

MacElree Harvey, Ltd. has welcomed five new attorneys since the beginning of 2023.

Attorneys Amanda Jester, Aileen Wang, Krzysztof Bozentka, Timothy Horn, and Robert Tucker have joined as associates throughout the year, bringing MacElree’s total number to 45 practicing attorneys.

Amanda Jester joined the firm in February as part of the Real Estate Department in MacElree Harvey’s Hockessin, Delaware office. She spent a decade as a high school social studies teacher before graduating from Widener with Honors in 2020. Jester is admitted to practice law in Delaware, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

Aileen E. Wang joined the firm in March, practicing Business and Corporate Law. She attended the University of Pittsburgh studying Legal Studies, then went to Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law for her JD, graduating in 2022.

Krzysztof Bozentka joined the firm in April as an associate attorney in MacElree Harvey’s Business Department. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Bozentka served as Counsel in Aramark’s Global Procurement and Supply Chain line of business. Prior to his time at Aramark, he was an associate attorney for a firm located in Newark, New Jersey where he assisted clients with their real estate tax assessment appeals. He also served as a law clerk in the New Jersey Tax Court.

Timothy Horn joined the firm in May as part of the Estates Department. Horn is an accomplished attorney with LL.M. in Taxation and strong interpersonal skills with 10 years of progressive experience and practice-area expertise in all aspects of estate, trust, and related tax matters, including planning, administration, and estate and trust litigation. He previously worked at Archer & Greiner, P.C. and focuses his practice in the area of estate planning and estate administration.

Most recently, Robert Tucker joined the firm in June of 2023. He focuses his practice in Land Use, Zoning and Litigation-related matters. Before joining MacElree Harvey, Tucker practiced with a Montgomery County firm where he represented both businesses and individuals in Land Use and Zoning matters.
