It’s Pride Month for the LGBTQ community, but inclusivity and diversity are a year-round effort. Plenty of workplaces have been taking the initiative to be more supportive of LGBTQ people. Here are companies that have remote or hybrid positions and are also LGBTQ-friendly, according to Flex Jobs.  

Dropbox 

This collaboration platform is used to share large files between multiple parties. Fortune magazine recognized it as one of the 100 Best Companies to Work For, and the Human Rights Campaign recognized it as one of the Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality. It has freelance, hybrid, and fully remote positions.  

Etsy 

This online marketplace gives independent designers and artisans a platform to sell their unique creations. Recent 100 percent job postings include Director of Product Design, Senior Director of Product, and Senior Product Design Manager.  

Hershey Company 

The global chocolate giant is a staple of Pennsylvania culture and history. It also has fully remote jobs in finance, research, manufacturing, internet & e-commerce. It was ranked no. 21 on Diversity Inc.’s Top 50 Companies.  

Vox Media  

This media company is the host of journalism outlets and entertainment brands such as The Verge, SB Nation, and Vox. It offers an array of fully remote positions including Line Producers, Video Editors, Financial Analysts, Social Coordinators, and more.
