Daniel L. Sulvetta Joins Lamb McErlane’s Litigation Group

Lamb McErlane PC has welcomed Daniel L. ‘Dan’ Sulvetta to its litigation group. Sulvetta concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, primarily in state and federal courts, on cases involving property damage, business and contract disputes, asset and expenditure recovery, and subrogation.

Sulvetta received his Bachelor’s Degree from Pennsylvania State University, Schreyer Honors College with a Political Science major with minors in Chinese Language, History & Asian Studies. He obtained his JD from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law. At Villanova, he served as vice-president of the Moot Court Board where he refined his litigation and advocacy skills in Moot Court competitions across the country. 

He was also a summer law clerk for the Honorable R. Barclay Surrick in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Sulvetta is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He will be seated in the firm’s West Chester and Philadelphia locations.
