Habitat for Humanity of Chester County’s second annual Hops for Homes beer festival will be held on June 17 from 12 PM – 4 PM at the Exton Square Mall.

This event is a summer day of fun, enjoying local breweries, wine, food, and entertainment, all while supporting a fantastic cause in the community. It aims to raise money for materials to build affordable homes in Chester County. It is a rain-or-shine with tent coverage available. This event is for anyone 21 and over and designated driver tickets are available.

Some of the 18+ participating breweries include:

  • VK Brewing Co. and Eatery
  • Levante Brewing Company
  • Locust Lane Brewing Company
  • Blondes and Brewnettes
  • Deer Creek Malthouse
  • And more!

In addition to these breweries, Harvest Ridge Winery will attend the event, selling wine by the glass, and Epicurean Garage will sell wine and cocktails. Designated Drivers can enjoy free mocktails from Epicurean Garage and tea provided by Deercreek Malthouse at the event. Tea and water will be available to all while supplies last.

Three food trucks have signed on for the festival thus far, On the Roll Food Truck, Humpty’s Dumplings, and Natalie’s Fine Foods Catering, with many additional food vendors. Vendors for crafts, food, and more include Whimsical Wonders by Kris, The Trusty Doodle, Frank’s Fine Swine and Beef, and Got Chocolate Inc.

This year, Hops for Homes will include a new Pretzel Necklace contest sponsored by the Exton Region Chamber of Commerce and a Corn Hole contest sponsored by Tri M Group. Live music from the local band, VooDoo DaVille, will also be playing.

An afterparty will be held at Stolen Sun Craft Brewing and Roasting Co. in Exton for everyone with a wristband from the Hops for Homes event.

Habitat for Humanity thanks participating corporate sponsors: Bentley Systems, Signature, and Tri M. Sponsorship opportunities for Hops for Homes are still available.

Purchase your tickets here. The Building A Thirst beer coupon books will be on sale at the event, featuring free beer coupons at 18+ of participating breweries. For more information on this event, visit the website

All participating breweries and wineries have the opportunity to participate in a free team build with Habitat for Humanity of Chester County. Team Building allows your company to strengthen your team and the community. Last year, Habitat welcomed Be Here Brewing and Locust Lane Craft Brewing at the construction site.
