Widener University will host a Widener Day open house Sunday, March 26, from 10 AM to 2 PM on the university’s campus in Chester. This event is for admitted, incoming and prospective students who are looking to learn more about the campus and the Widener experience.

Students will get the opportunity to engage with faculty staff and current students during information sessions, campus tours, one-on-one meetings, and academic panels. There will also be an opportunity to see and sample food options offered on campus.

Those interested in attending should visit the Widener Day open house registration page to RSVP.

To learn more about Widener University and other upcoming events for incoming and prospective students, visit widener.edu/events or email an admissions counselor at admissions.office@widener.edu.

Widener University is located in Chester and offers more than 40 majors and 50 minors that can put students on the inside track to successful careers.

From nursing to business to robotics engineering and more, Widener’s faculty and staff develop mentoring relationships and promote personal growth in an atmosphere of belonging.

Widener students can also participate in Division III athletics, student-organized clubs, faculty-mentored research projects, internships, co-op opportunities, and civic and global engagement opportunities.

Widener students spend their days on a beautiful, 110-acre campus just 20 minutes from Center City Philadelphia. Visit widener.edu to learn more, including how to arrange a tour, and experience why many students consider the university community a second family and the Chester campus their home away from home.
