Four zip codes in Chester County are among the top 25 wealthiest zip codes in Greater Philadelphia, which includes zipcodes in surrounding Pennsylvania counties, as well as New Jersey and Delaware, writes Todd Romero for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The rankings are based on 2020 average median household income from the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2020 American Community Survey.

19425 (Chester Springs) is the wealthiest zip code in Chester County, coming in at No. 6 in Greater Philadelphia with a median household income of $177,641.

19312 (Berwyn) landed at No. 7 with a median household income of $164,844.

Meanwhile, 19350 (Landenberg) was at No. 21 with a median household income of $141,875.

Finally at No. 25, 19343 (Glenmoore) had a median household income of $136,528.

Zip codes with a population of fewer than 2,000 were excluded.
