The 400 unit luxury housing complex will be located in Downingtown.

Fernmoor Homes has officially broke ground for the 400-unit luxury development coming to Downingtown. Mi-Place will offer 200 three-bedroom homes with garages and 200 one and two-bedroom apartments, according to The Daily Local News.

The community located at 800 Horseshoe Pike will include a fitness center, community club house, a media and gaming room, a dog park, and recreation areas.

According to the Mi-Place, the property will be finished by 2023.

“As our county navigates a housing shortage, Caln Township is thrilled to add quality housing for our residents through Mi-Place at Downingtown,” said Kristen Denne, township manager for Caln Township.

The complex will be less than 20 minutes away from West Chester and less than a half hour away from King of Prussia. It’s located off Route 322 and accessible by several major highways.

Downingtown is home to an abundance of recreational activities that extend beyond the amenities the complex is offering, such as golf courses, country clubs, parks, and cinemas.
