Centric Bank has named Carol Ann Urban to the position of Vice President, Cash Management Sales Officer in Devon. In this role, Urban will be responsible for the sales and support of cash management products and services to prospective corporate clients and established customers, as well as nonprofit and municipal entities. 

She will work closely with internal stakeholders to generate deposits and fee income and add value to relationships by identifying solutions to customer needs. 

Urban has worked in the financial industry for more than 30 years, most recently with Santander Bank as Cash Management Sales Officer. In this previous role, Urban was responsible for treasury management sales and support in Pennsylvania for middle-market companies and government entities.  

Urban is an accredited Certified Cash Manager with the Association of Financial Professionals and attended Temple University and Philadelphia University.
