Senior Tax Accountant 

This position will review or assist with corporate tax returns; perform research to ensure accuracy of tax filings; manage federal, state, and local income tax payments; and communicate with accounting, revenue, and accounts payable teams. 

The ideal candidate will have a degree in a finance-related field, a minimum of two years of experience in the tax area, and must be able to work independently and quickly in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, local country GAAP and US-GAAP knowledge is preferred, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Demand Program Specialist  

This position will design programs that lead to increased conversion from lead to opportunity; manage the translation of sales engagement content; and analyze the effectiveness of inbound demand programs. He/she will also construct project plans that demonstrate how programs align with business goals. 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree with three to five years of experience in B2B demand generation, with knowledge of Salesforce and Customer Engagement Platform preferred. The candidate should be an agile self-starter who has strong presentation and communication skills and can work independently.

Compensation Financial Analyst  

This position will provide the monthly review and analysis of actual commission cost; support the annual budget and planning process for compensation design; and support the Senior Director, Compensation in preparing additional analysis and identifying trends. 

The ideal candidate will preferably have an MBA, knowledge of the Xactly compensation software and Qlik Sense, and two to four years of experience in finance. He/she will also have great communication, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
