The Alliance for Health Equity Announces Goal of Cycling 3,000 Miles as a Community in 2022
The Alliance for Health Equity has unveiled Cycle4Change 2022, a month-long cycling event for community members to get up, get active, and promote change in the Greater Coatesville area.
Join AHE from June 3 to June 30 as it cycles to increase health and wellness both personally and community-wide, all while advancing access and equity.
Cycle as an individual; create a team of friends, family, or co-workers; or join a team to Cycle4Change! By registering as an individual or a team for the month-long event, participants will cycle to eliminate health disparities, engage in healthy lifestyles, be nominated for awards and prizes, and activate personal and community change!
All proceeds to Cycle4Change go directly to improving the health and emotional well-being of Coatesville.
Participating in Cycle4Change has its perks. Participants are automatically selected to be drawn for an array of prizes and awards that will be given away for a multitude of engagement opportunities. All miles logged will be matched as monetary donations.
By joining, all participants will support the health, social, emotional, and economic conditions among children, teens, and families in the Coatesville Area School District, while also supporting themselves by getting out and getting active for the month of June.
Participants have the opportunity to cycle wherever and whenever. The Alliance for Health Equity developed a virtual platform for all community members to organize their team, upload photos, log miles, and engage with other participants. Cycle4Change logged more than 2,000 miles last year; join as a community to beat the goal of 3,000 miles logged.
Register yourself today as an individual or create a fundraising/competitive team. The cost to register is $10 for youth and $15 for adults. Register here.
