Benefits and Systems Director 

This position will manage benefits and human resources system administration efforts; process separation documentation; evaluate and approve hires, terminations, compensation, and job changes via electronic form submissions; and provide employee guidance. 

An ideal candidate will have a college degree, four years of HR-related experience, knowledge of Microsoft Office, and experience with applicant tracking and HRIS software.

School-Age Childcare & Camp Manager 

This position will plan, organize, and lead an educational program that meets the emotional, physical, intellectual, and social needs of both the individual and the group; interact with the children to encourage their development and involvement in activities; and maintain a clean and risk-free environment and escalate safety/risks concerns with appropriate urgency.

An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree related to childcare and education, the ability to teach and develop skills, and organizational and communication skills.

Swim Lessons Director 

This position will manage all group swim lessons and private lessons, related staffing, schedules, and budget. Other responsibilities include ensuring that the aquatics experience is safe, fun, and enjoyable for members and program participants, training new staff, and assisting with summer camp programming. 

An ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent preferred, leadership and teamwork skills, and strong oral and written communication skills.
