J.D. Power: S&T Bank Sits on the Throne of Customer Satisfaction in Pennsylvania
S&T Bank, which recently entered the southeastern Pennsylvania market through its 2019 acquisition of DNB Financial, topped all other large banks in the state on J.D. Power’s 2022 U.S Retail Banking Satisfaction Survey, writes Patty Tascarella for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
S&T scored first in Pennsylvania with 675 out of a possible 1,000 points.
J.D. Power’s redesigned survey measures satisfaction across seven factors: trust, people, account offerings, allowing customers to bank how they want, saving money and time, digital channels, and solving problems or complaints.
It was based on responses from 101,587 banking customers from the largest U.S. banks between April 2021 and January 2022.
“S&T Bank strives to be the most trusted community bank in every market we serve, with every product and service we deliver,” said S&T Bank President Dave Antolik.
