Join Center Valley’s DeSales University for their Power Breakfast, Navigating Difficult Conversations.

Do you find yourself delaying difficult conversations because you don’t know how or where to begin?   

Do you try to engage others in dialogue only to end up even more frustrated? 

In this introductory session Center Valley’s DeSales University will begin to explore what keeps us from getting into productive dialogue around difficult conversations.

The instructor is Charlene Bergstresser, MS, RN, PCCC.

Charlene is the Program Director for the Lehigh Valley Association of Independent Colleges (LVAIC), a consortium serving the six independent colleges in the Lehigh Valley.

She has a BSN from West Chester University and an MS in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.

Additionally, she is a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation.
