HVAC Residential Service Tech

This position will service, repair, and/or propose replacement of warm air furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, related piping, and electrical; troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly; and communicate to the consumer on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess good working knowledge of the company’s products and services; establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals; and read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

Experienced HVAC Commercial Service Tech

This position will service, repair, and/or propose replacement of furnaces, air conditioners, duct distribution systems, boilers, water heaters, chillers, rooftop package units, temperature control systems, related piping, and electrical; troubleshoot, adapt, and resolve/repair all issues that arise that would keep the equipment from functioning properly; communicate to the client on the proper operation and owner’s maintenance of the installed equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess a good working knowledge of the company’s products and services, which may require additional study and training, both on and off site; establish goals and objectives as they relate to the position, along with a plan of action to attain or exceed set goals; have superior interpersonal skills and be capable of understanding client needs; and the ability to work under time constraints, budgetary limits, and pressures.

Commercial HVAC Maintenance Agreement Salesperson

This position will schedule and keep appointments with prospects and customers; effectively develop and communicate professional sales proposals to clients; maintain reporting of leads, in-progress active prospects, and sales forecast; contribute to the development of products/services and marketing strategies through creative packaging of company capabilities; and increase and maintain profitable sales by working with customers to identify and satisfy customer needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, the equivalent, or five years of service sales success; computer skills; the ability to multi-task; two to five years of proven sales experience; time and activity management skills; and a valid driver’s license.
