For the past 22 years, he has helped small, mid-sized, and Fortune 1000 companies overcome their frustrations and disappointments by addressing training and implementing more effective and non-traditional sales, sales management, leadership, and executive coaching techniques, strategies, and initiatives.

Prior to his business-consulting career, Bob had over 15 years of experience in production, operations, sales, and management in the service and construction industries. He brings his ‘real world, in the trenches’ attitudes and behaviors which enable his clients to realize the success they desire and deserve.

Jamie Adams is the Branch Leader for Truist Financial Corporation. She oversees the Brodheadsville Branch in Monroe County.

Since being named to this position in Sept 2019, Jamie has assisted 40+ new business clients in establishing their businesses.

She has also recently assisted BB&T now Truist clients with underwriting for the Paycheck Protection Plan loans with the CARES Act. With more than 9 years of banking experience, she has assisted clients in many different counties. Jamie has earned a Bachelors’s in Education from Millersville University.
