A restored 12,000-square-foot Tudor revival in Radnor owned by Lindy Snider, the daughter of late Flyers owner Ed Snider, recently entered the market for $5 million, writes Lisa Dukart for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Her husband, Dr. Larry Kaiser, is the former CEO of Temple University Health System.

The eight-bedroom home features a 9,000-bottle wine cellar reminiscent of the Prohibition era.

The home was built in 1912 for Edwin L. Blabon, former president of the linoleum manufacturing company George W. Blabon Co. 

It was designed by Duhring, Okie & Ziegle. 

The 2.89-acre property is what remains of the 24-acre Littlefield Farm, named after Blabon’s mother’s family. 

The house was separated into two residences in the 1990s. 

The current owners bought the property in 2003 and reunited both parcels, updating the home.  

Snider said she was shocked by the space when a wall separating the two residences was knocked down.

The couple appreciated the craftsmanship of the home. They used original blueprints to restore rooms.

“This home is a jewel, and the person that buys this house is going to have a great appreciation of art and history,” Snider said.
