2022 VISTA Millennial Superstars: Katherine LaDow

By

Unionville High School graduate Katherine LaDow is an associate in the litigation department at Lamb McErlane, where she has worked since 2015 and represents clients in a wide array of employment and tort-based disputes.

LaDow, who began working when she was 14 years old as a counselor at a horseback riding camp, earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Delaware and her law degree from Temple University. She credits the partners at Lamb McErlane for having the biggest impact on her career.

“Guy Donatelli and Jim Sargent are partners at Lamb McErlane and have mentored me since I started working at the firm,” she said. “They have been so supportive of my career and have taught me so much as a young lawyer. It’s a joke around the office that they are my ‘work dads.’”

LaDow’s proudest professional achievement was securing a defense verdict in her first jury trial.

“My practice is concentrated in the areas of state and federal civil litigation, municipal litigation, government liability and civil rights defense, personal injury, workers compensation, and landlord/tenant,” LaDow said. “I enjoy interacting with my clients to provide legal assistance and guidance through some very stressful times in their lives. “

Her favorite Chester County nightspot is Sovana Bistro in Kennett Square.

LaDow and the rest of the 2022 Class of VISTA Millennial Superstars will be honored at the Awards Reception & Celebration held outdoors on Tuesday, May 10 at Penn State Great Valley. The in-person event will feature food trucks, drinks, touchless registration, a VIP tent, and boundless opportunities to network. It will also be live-streamed.

Sponsors are still being sought. Click here to learn more about the various opportunities available to partner with VISTA Today as it celebrates Chester County’s next generation of leaders.
