Corporate Training Curriculum Developer

This position designs, develops, coordinates, and conducts training that enhances the skills, knowledge, and productivity of employees and supports the development of on-the-job training to ensure employees are properly trained and capable of performing their roles. Additional responsibilities include assisting with the development of enterprise-wide projects and creating and conducting higher-level training for employees.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree; five to ten years of general experience and two to five years of training experience; two to five years of experience in the banking industry; and previous management experience.

Application Administrator II

This position is responsible for the management and administration of multiple bank core systems. This individual provides IT liaison project management support to the bank’s business lines and delivers Tier 2 product and service level support for the bank’s core applications in accordance with the bank’s core values and documented procedures.

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree in Information Technology or a related field and two to five years of experience in providing customer support for software systems.

Deputy Chief Risk Officer

This position is responsible for assisting the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) in designing, managing, and monitoring the adequacy of S&T Bancorp, Inc. and its subsidiaries to ensure effective risk oversight, including Credit, Market, Liquidity, Operational, IT Operation & Security, Compliance/Legal, Strategic and Reputation. He/she will be the direct supervisor of individuals assigned to manage specific risk categories, risk programs, and functions within the Risk Management Division. 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; 10-15 years of commercial banking experience with specialized risk management, compliance, and/or audit experience; and senior-level management experience.
