Neumann University is a private, Catholic university in Aston modeled in the Franciscan tradition. It was founded in 1965 and offers undergraduate degrees in a variety of subjects, three doctoral programs, six master’s degree programs, and an accelerated bachelor’s degree program for adults.

Neumann Coordinator for Student Engagement & Campus Activities

The Coordinator for Student Engagement & Campus Activities will foster a campus environment that is vibrant and engaging, meets diverse student needs, offers opportunities for engagement, and is grounded in Neumann’s Catholic traditions and Franciscan values.

The coordinator will advise SGA’s Knights Programming Board, coordinate, and manage late night/evening/weekend programming and large-scale events, and support and coordinate new student program activities.

Night and weekend hours will be required in support of evening, weekend, and late-night campus programming.

Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree; two to three years of significant administrative experience, preferably within an education, social work, student affairs, or human service environment; history of progressive student leadership and involvement during undergraduate experience; commitment to inclusion and equity amongst a diverse student population; technological aptitude and dexterity; excellent communications skills in both verbal and written formats; knowledge of and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan character of the University.

Neumann Assistant Director of Admissions Technology & Operations

Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Assistant Director of Admissions Technology & Operations position.

 This position is responsible for assisting in day-to-day enrollment operations, including the management of CRM – Technolutions Slate and enrollment processes.

Supports all student populations and works collaboratively with University staff involved in the process of recruitment, financial aid, advising, and enrollment of students.

This position manages reports, email communications, data imports/exports, testing and process documentation as well as providing first-tier technology support for Enrollment staff users.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with at least two years of experience within operations or admissions/enrollment management.

Must demonstrate a high aptitude for problem-solving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Candidates must possess an appreciation for and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.

Neumnn Admissions Counselor

Neumann University is currently seeking qualified applicants for a full-time Admission Counselor position.

This position assists in the daily activities of an effective and comprehensive undergraduate admissions program; promotes Neumann University through travel, written correspondence, oral communication, and other means as required.

This position will include distance and overnight travel with the primary territory being Philadelphia County.

The successful applicant should speak to their knowledge with the Philadelphia student population in their cover letter.

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree with previous experience as either a student worker or professional staff member in an undergraduate admission office is required.

Candidates must possess an appreciation for and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University.
