CCEDC Welcomes ‘Impressive Lineup’ of New Board Members

The Chester County Economic Development Council has elected seven new members to its Board of Directors.

“CCEDC board members help shape the future of Chester County’s business community, and they face unique challenges as we continue pandemic support services while planning for a post-pandemic economy,” said Gary Smith, CCEDC President and CEO. “We are pleased to welcome this impressive lineup of new board members, with a cross-section of perspectives from Chester County’s leading industries.”

CCEDC’s new board members are:

  • Miguel Baptista, Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, M&T Bank
  • Joyce Chester, President and CEO, Chester County OIC
  • Sean Fitzpatrick, Senior Vice President/CFO, Chester County Hospital
  • Al Fuller, HR Manager, Cleveland Cliffs
  • Sassan Hejazi, Director, Kreischer Miller
  • Zeke Li, Senior Vice President, Frontage Laboratories
  • Dwayne Walton, Executive Director, Parkesburg Point

Each board member serves a term of three years.

CCEDC thanked the following outgoing members of its Board of Directors for their valued service to the business community:

  • Michael Duncan, President and CEO, Chester County Hospital
  • Trish Faidiga, President, Advantage Building & Facility Services, LLC
  • Karen Flynn, President and Chief Commercial Officer, Catalent
  • Keith Montone, Director, CTDI

CCEDC’s new officers are:

  • Chair: Craig Styer of Fox Rothschild LLP
  • Vice Chair: Bill Stedman of Trion Group
  • Treasurer: Michael Hankin of Hankin Group
  • Secretary: R. Lorraine Bernotsky of West Chester University
