What is good nutrition? For most people, that is a hard question to answer.

You can find weight management and nutritional advice on the Internet, on television, social media, or in bookstores — but sorting through it all leaves many people confused. The best weight management and nutrition programs are specifically tailored to your nutritional, physical, and lifestyle needs. Yet evaluating which diets would best compliment your needs can be difficult.

This is where Chester County Hospital can be of assistance.

The hospital will host a virtual event, “The Truth About Weight Loss,” today, June 29, from 6-7 PM.

The program will explain why weight loss is challenging and also provide attendees with real-life solutions they need to find their “weigh” down.

Registration is required.

Nationally credentialed and licensed by the state of Pennsylvania, all of the hospital’s Registered Dietitians have completed advanced training in their fields. They have extensive experience handling complicated, critical issues like weight management and nutrition concerns affecting individuals facing cardiac, endocrine, gastrointestinal, renal, and other conditions. They are also experts on healthy eating and plant-based diet.

This presentation will be offered through Zoom. After you register, Chester County Hospital will send you details and instructions, so that you can connect and participate in this presentation from your home computer or other device.
