If you walk down just about any aisle in a grocery store, there’s a good chance All-Fill’s machinery is responsible for getting the products you see into their packages.

Like many manufacturers that have not only managed to survive but also thrive during the last 50 years, Exton-based All-Fill – which designs, manufactures, and supports a complete line of machinery for filling, bagging, checkweighing, labeling, and bottle unscrambling – has a story to tell.

“We’re the one company that does everything – the sales, the fabrication, the welding, the assembly, the electrical, the writing and developing of our software – all under one roof,” said Executive Vice President Kyle Edginton. Kyle is joined by his brothers Ryan Edginton (President), Eric Edginton (Auger Fabrication), and cousin Chris Trabbold (Executive Vice President) as the third generation of his family to lead the company. “It’s four young guys and a group of 150 really motivated employees with tribal knowledge who make this all tick.”

All-Fill takes great pride in domestic manufacturing from start to finish.

“You want to work with All-Fill because you have one place to shop for a majority of your packaging needs,” said Ryan. “All-Fill has had the same values since its inception: We want to make the customer happy.”

All-Fill supplies equipment to many Fortune 500 companies but also many mom-and-pop shops working out of their garage.

“We can take you from A all the way to Z,” said Ryan. “We’re there to service the customer, whether it’s for a quick-delivery project, a long-term, customized project, or anything in between.”

What makes All-Fill truly remarkable, however, is not its machinery; it’s the people. All-Fill takes great pride in creating a safe and productive work environment that is focused on the well-being of its most important asset, its employees.

“We’re nonexistent without the extraordinary group of employees who have called All-Fill home for many years,” said Eric.

All-Fill’s headquarters is located in Exton, but the business recently expanded by moving its sister company, Auger Fabrication, to a new location in Downingtown that is visible from the Manor Avenue exit of the Route 30 Bypass. Additionally, All-Fill has a new facility located in Phoenix that is run by Trabbold to better serve clients in the West. Kyle, meanwhile, has relocated to Southern California to better support existing customers and develop new relationships.
