Mid Penn Bank will reopen all of its retail office lobbies for in-branch banking beginning Monday, April 19.

The bank indicated that, as a part of its reopening plan, all offices will continue to follow a rigorous sanitization schedule, including disinfecting high-touch surfaces every 15 minutes and regular electrostatic cleaning.

Also, the bank will follow all state-recommended protocols for places of business, including requiring masks for both employees and customers, the deployment of plexiglass dividers between employees and customers, and the use of clear signage to help maintain appropriate social distancing. Masks and hand sanitizer will be available to customers in all locations.

“Although our delivery methods were altered, we were successful in providing seamless access to financial services throughout the COVID-19 pandemic,” said Rory Ritrievi, Mid Penn Bank’s President and CEO. “We would like to thank our customers for their support during this period, and we look forward to welcoming them back to our lobbies. You have my word that the bank remains sharply focused on the health and safety of its customers and employees as we move to reopen our locations.”
