First Resource Bank's Lauren Ranalli will discuss best practices in diverse and inclusive leadership on Friday, March 26.

Lauren Ranalli, the President and Chief Financial Officer of First Resource Bank, will speak on a panel that discusses best practices in diverse and inclusive leadership on Friday, March 26, as part of the “Champions of Change Summit: Bringing All Voices to the Table” hosted by The Fund for Women and Girls.

In 2019, The Fund for Women and Girls honored First Resource Bank with its Corporate Champion of Change Award for its commitment to practices that align with women’s economic advancement and equity.

As an advocate for its female employees, First Resource Bank encourages women to pursue leadership roles while also striking a true work-life balance for their families. More than 50 percent of the bank’s senior management team is comprised of women, with female leaders running finance, retail banking, and lending operations.

“I make it a priority to ensure that every woman working at First Resource Bank has the same opportunities to succeed at both work and home in the best way possible for them, just like I did,” said Ranalli.

Dr. Laurie Bernotsky, Executive Vice President and Provost of West Chester University, is also one of the panelists, as is Charmaine Spence Rochester, the Chief Financial Officer of Lancaster General Health and the former CFO of Chester County Hospital.
