The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) is the updated version of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA).
Since July 1, 2020, the USMCA has replaced NAFTA, and it contains enhancements and modernized approaches to rules of origin, agricultural market access, intellectual property, digital trade, financial services, labor, and numerous other sectors.
