Project Coordinator – Health Care Connect, Marketing, and STEM Innovation
This position will provide program support to the CCEDC’s Health Care Connect initiative, Marketing Department, and STEM Innovation initiative. He/she will provide coordination and project support to program leads as required; implement program activities and collate documentation; coordinate meetings and events; communicate with key stakeholders; maintain files, including CRM database, to record participation and activities; and support marketing efforts for CCEDC and its initiatives.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of project coordination experience, effective communications and interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task. It is preferred that he/she has a bachelor’s degree and prior experience using a CRM (Salesforce). The person will display a commitment to collaboration and cooperation within teams/departments and positively interface with staff, stakeholders, clients, and the community.
