Chester County Library System Encourages Participation in Public Survey: ‘Your Voice Is Important’

By

The Chester County Library System (CCLS) and its 16 member libraries are continuously striving to improve and transform library services to meet our communities’ ever-changing needs.

CCLS invites the public to participate in an online survey. Your responses will help shape the future of public libraries in Chester County and help ensure that CCLS makes the best choices to meet communities’ needs.

Click here to take the survey, which will run through Jan. 31.

“Today, more than ever, we need input from our users that tells us what services and resources they use and need from libraries,” said CCLS Executive Director Joseph Sherwood. “Your voice is important and is listened to.”

During these uncertain times, CCLS is finding ways to pivot services and resources to make them available to community members in even more ways than before, aligning with its mission of ensuring every resident has access to exceptional opportunities to read, learn, create, connect, and contribute to a better quality of life.

This survey will help the member libraries provide exceptional value and service to library users, communities, and organizations throughout Chester County.

The Chester County Library System is located at 450 Exton Square Parkway in Exton. If you have questions about CCLS, click here or call 610-344-5600 for more information about the survey.
