Root Down Brewing Company (located at 1 N. Main Street in Phoenixville, 484-302-5407) is doing a takeout New Year’s Eve dinner. Start with fun apps such as roast corn and Adobo chicken chowder, or BBQ Spanish Octopus with chorizo, chickpeas and lemon zest.

Main entrees include Cedar Plank Scottish Salmon, Seared Duck Breast and Confit Leg, or Smoked Prime Rib Roast. Desserts hit it out of the park with Flourless Chocolate Terrine and Peanut Butter Mousse or Brûlée Pear & Almond Custard Tart house-made with French puff pastry.

Kimberton

Liberty Union Bar in Chester Springs (located at 325 Simpson Drive in Chester Springs, 484-359-4061) or Kimberton (located at 519 Kimberton Road, Phoenixville, 484-927-4244) is ready to celebrate on New Year’s Eve AND New Year’s Day!

Order takeout from either location here and get ready to party. Start with to-go cocktails then enjoy their party trays that feed 8-10 people, like the veggie and ranch tray, Artisan cheese and fruit, Tex Mex hummus with veggies and chips, or the assorted cold sandwiches and wraps. The appetizers include Cheesesteak Eggrolls, Buffalo Wings, Maryland Grab Dip, Margherita Flatbreads, Hot Roast Beef Au Jus, or Shrimp Cocktail.

New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet To-Go offers Belgian Waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage links and their famous tater tots, all perfect to start off 2021 the right way.
