Keystone Property Group, the Conshohocken-based real estate company, has put several office buildings along Swedesford Road in Wayne on the market, writes Natalie Kostelni for the Philadelphia Business Journal.

The properties include a two-building complex at 656-676 East Swedesford Road that totals 147,000 square feet and the Valley Forge Office Center. The latter consists of a 49,000-square-foot building at 480 East Swedesford Road and its 61,000-square-foot property at 500 East Swedesford Road.

The prices for these properties have not yet been set.

Keystone decided to put the buildings up for sale to seize on market conditions that the company believes will work in its favor.

“They are in a highly desirable corridor, and the suburbs are in vogue now,” said Richard Gottlieb, Keystone’s president.

The buildings are hitting the market at a time when several of the companies located in Center City are considering moving some of their employees into suburban outposts due to the pandemic. There is also plenty of equity in the market currently looking to be invested.

“We think, even in the economic downturn, people look for the best locations,” said Mike Margolis, a broker with the listing company Newmark.
