Eagleview Town Center, the Hankin Group’s vibrant, mixed-use community in Exton, will soon welcome a trio of new businesses – Good Life Organic Kitchen, Twin Valley Coffee, and CBD Releaf Center – to the neighborhood.

Good Life Organic Kitchen and Twin Valley Coffee will occupy Restaurant Row, which is located in the middle of the Town Center and is a hub for social activity and entertainment. CBD Releaf Center will move into a Live Work unit, a row of shops overlooking the Town Center’s two-acre park. All three businesses are well-established brands with at least one other storefront, but each concept is unique to Eagleview.

“As a new addition to Chester County, we look forward to making an impact on the health of the local community, so that we all can live a life of abundance,” said Abigail Scogna, owner of Good Life Organic Kitchen. “Good Life Organic Kitchen offers an assortment of superfood-filled smoothies, salads, soups, and sandwiches and will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

A popular coffee shop in the Shady Maple Farm Market in Lancaster County, Twin Valley Coffee is expanding its brand with the Eagleview location. Loyal customers rave about the fresh-roasted coffee and specialty drinks served at Twin Valley’s flagship location in East Earl. Its signature drink is an Iced Toddy, a cold brew laced with caramel and flavored cream.

“Adding such a high-quality coffee shop will create a whole new sense of community in Eagleview,” said Michael Hankin, Chief Operating Officer of Hankin Group. “It will not only attract our residents and employees, but also visitors near and far who want to get a taste of their famous roasts.”

In time for the holiday season, CBD Releaf Center adds a shopping destination in the Town Center with a menu of CBD products. Founded in Massachusetts, CBD Releaf Center has grown its franchise by building its online presence.

“Town Center has several established health and wellness companies, and CBD Releaf Center was the perfect addition to that, bringing a new outlet to our lively customers,” said Sam Sherrill, Commercial Leasing Manager for Hankin Group.
