West Chester Studio at Uptown! is offering a slate of in-person and virtual fall classes, as well as fall auditions. Classes begin Sept. 19.

At WCStudio, the focus is on the individual – as part of the group. It helps its students move forward through their emotional and developmental journey and build strong acting skills. The growth is process-oriented and integrated with fun. WCStudio’s educators are talented professionals with exceptional teaching skills.

Saturday Classes

• Super Storytellers(ages 4 through second grade) 9-10 AM
• Virtual: Super Storytellers(ages 4 through second grade) 10:30-11:30 AM
• The Acting Academy(grades 2-4) 9-10:30 AM
• The Singing Academy(grades 1-4) 11 AM-12:30 PM
• Virtual: All in One-Hamilton Edition(grades 3-6) 2-3:15 PM
• The Singing Artist(grades 5-12) 12:30-2:30 PM
• Black Box Studio 1(grades 5-7) 2:45-4:15 PM
• Black Box Studio 2(grades 8-12) 2:45-4:45 PM

On Saturdays, take two classes and bring a snack or lunch to enjoy with friends in the cafeteria in between classes. The cafeteria will be set up for social distancing.

Monday Class

• Professional Youth Program(grades 6-12, by audition only) 4:30-7 PM

Tuesday Classes

• Musical Theater Dance(grades 5-10) 4:30-5:45 PM
• Uptown! Singers(grades 6-12, by audition only) 6-8 PM

Wednesday Classes

• Improvisation(grades 5-10) 4:30-5:30 PM
• Semi Professional Musical(grades 6-12, by audition only) Wednesdays 4:30-7:30 PM and Sundays 1:30-4:30 PM

Thursday Class

• Virtual: All in One-Dear Evan Hansen Edition (grades 3-6) 4-5:15 PM

Any Day

• Virtual: Theatre Fun with Friends (or choose a virtual Birthday Party)(ages 4 and up)

All children, teachers, staff, and volunteers will be required to wear a mask or face shield while in the building. The Final Performance will be video recorded with performers wearing face shields that will be provided by WCStudio. A link will be e-mailed to parents following the last day of class.
