As It Looks Toward Reopening, Victory Brewing Seeks Input from Customers
As it looks toward reopening, Downingtown-based Victory Brewing Company is asking for input from its customers on what is important to them, writes Donna Rovins for the Daily Times.
Last week, the company sent out a short survey to customers and posted it on its Facebook page. The survey asks customers about their approach to going back to the brewery, whether they anticipate going back as soon as it opens or if they will take a more cautious approach.
The survey also asks about the biggest factors that will play a role in their decision-making, such as past experiences and trust, safety protocols, and word of mouth. Questions about the use of face masks were also on the survey.
“We want to get input from customers on their expectations and concerns about reopening,” said Derek Detenber, Chief Marketing Officer for Artisanal Brewing Ventures, Victory’s parent company. “We expect to have baseline guidance that all on-premise locations will follow when they reopen.”
